Work with product managers to facilitate product placement and increase sales and revenue.

Present the product performance report at various instances such as management meetings or AGMs.

Coordinate with the other teams to establish budgets and timelines for product development.

Play an active role in any new product acquisition.

Suggest customer-oriented product development and improvisation plans.

Study the industry trends and forecast market behaviour.

You would be expected to work in synchronization with various departments such as sales, product development, customer support, marketing and finance to ensure that suitable and financially viable products are developed. Your major role would be making product recommendations based on market research, feedback, customer interaction, etc and act as a bridge between the market and the product development team. Ability to solve non-trivial tasks under incomplete data conditions.We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a deep understanding of the X industry and its market behaviour and aid in developing the company’s product portfolio.Commitment, self-management, and attention to detail.At least one year of experience in data analysis or related fields.Ability to choose the right way to assess data: analytics, research, or usage of external data.Confident use of Python (Pandas, Numpy), experience with SQL.Knowledge of mathematical statistics and experience in its application.Analytical thinking, the ability to challenge hypotheses, analyze and structure data, draw conclusions and interrelate data.Perform ad-hoc analysis to support product decision-making.Collaborate with managers, developers, and designers.Provide recommendations for product improvement and search for the best solutions for UX enhancement.Perform A/B testing, develop testing conditions, and interpret the results.Develop a system of metrics for the advancement of JetBrains products: where usability problems occur within the product, how changes in the product affect the metrics and what experiments are necessary for the product improvement.We are looking for talented, inventive, and passionate people to join our team.
